ORDER INFORMATION
New Order with New Artwork
• Screen Charge: $25.00 per color, per design (based on camera ready artwork) • Additional Color: Please call Customer Service for quotations.
• PMS Match: $20.00 We will make every effort to match PMS colors when specified. Exact color match is not guaranteed.
• Print Size: All artwork submitted will be either enlarged or reduced to fit the best imprint size, unless other wise specified by the customer.
Standard Lead Time: 7-10 working days after paper or pre-production proof approval. For Beach Towels: 15-21 business days.
Rush Charges: We will make every attempt to meet your need without incurring additional charges. However standard rush charges are as follows:
• Less than 5 days, 50% of the total run charge • Less than 3 days, 100% of the total run charge plus $100.00 handling charge.
Call Customer Service for confirmations. Air delivery may be required on deadline shipments order .
Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 3% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 3% or less, factory reserves the right not to print the remaining balance.
Beach Towels: 5% misprint allowance required. We suggest buy 5% extra towels. If there are any misprints within 5%, we should not be held responsible for shortage.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Term: 100% deposit is required for all accounts, first time orders and all custom orders. Credit card payments are accepted with no extra charges.
